Privacy Policy
Project Team For You (the “Company”) handles personal data with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable law. This policy explains what information the Company receives, what it uses that information for, and when it deletes it.

1. Information collected
The Company collects the following.

The Company does not collect card numbers, bank account numbers or national identification numbers. Payment details are handled by the payment processor; the Company receives only the result.
2. How uploaded files are handled
Uploaded files may themselves contain personal data, so they are described separately.
- Files are processed only as far as is necessary for the requested conversion and storage.
- No member of staff opens the contents of a file. Conversion is automatic.
- Files are not used to train artificial intelligence and are not given to anyone else.
- Files uploaded through guest use are deleted after 24 hours.
- Files uploaded by Members are kept until the User deletes them; items in the trash are deleted after 30 days.
- A file may be inspected to the minimum extent necessary where required by law, or where it has been reported as malware or unlawful material.
3. Purposes of use
- Verifying members, signing in, and managing accounts
- Providing the Service, including conversion and storage
- Taking payment, settling accounts, and managing subscriptions
- Verifying referrals by affiliate partners and settling their share
- Sending notices and answering enquiries
- Detecting abuse and keeping the Service safe
- Statistics for improving the Service, after the data has been made non-identifying

5. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not provide personal data to others, except in the following cases.
- The user has given prior consent
- An investigative authority requires it under the procedures prescribed by law
6. Processors and overseas transfer
The Company entrusts part of its processing to the following providers in order to run the Service. Some of them operate servers outside Korea.

Only the items in section 1 that are needed for the entrusted work are transferred. A user may refuse overseas transfer, but in that case the Service cannot be provided.
7. Cookies
The Company uses the following cookies.

Cookies can be blocked in browser settings, but blocking the session cookie makes signing in impossible.
The Company does not place advertising cookies that let other companies follow users around and build profiles of them.
8. Your rights
You may at any time ask to
- see the personal data held about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data deleted
- have processing stopped
Most of this can be done directly in the settings screen. You may also write in by email. The Company acts within 10 days of receiving a request and tells you the outcome.
The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.
9. Destruction
Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been achieved.
- Electronic files: deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated.
10. Security measures
- Passwords are stored in an irreversible form. Not even the Company can read the original value.
- All traffic between users and the servers is encrypted.
- Access to systems holding personal data is limited to as few people as possible and is logged.
- Particularly sensitive identifiers, such as national ID numbers, are never collected in the first place.
- Measures against intrusion are in place and are reviewed regularly.

13. Changes to this policy
Changes are announced within the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days in advance where the change is significant for users.
