Published 2026-09-01 · Effective 2026-09-08
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service, together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means every file conversion and storage function the Company provides through the web and the Windows application.
- “User” means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms, whether registered or not.
- “Member” means someone who has created an account.
- “Guest use” means using the Service temporarily without creating an account.
- “Workspace” means the unit in which one or more Members keep files together. It may appear on screen as “company”.
- “Content” means the files a User uploads to or produces on the Service, and the information attached to them.
3. Publication and amendment of these Terms
The Company publishes these Terms on the Service and on the page for each language.
The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
Amendments are announced within the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Where a change is unfavourable to Users, it is announced at least 30 days in advance and also sent to the email address on the account.
If the Company has clearly stated that silence until the effective date will be treated as acceptance, and a Member does not respond, the Member is deemed to have accepted. A Member who does not accept may terminate at any time.
4. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when a User accepts these Terms and the Company accepts the application.
The Company may refuse an application, or terminate later, in the following cases.
- The applicant used another person's name or email address
- The application contains false information
- Use was previously restricted for breach of these Terms
- There is a clear intent to disrupt normal operation of the Service
- Use in breach of law or of these Terms is to be expected
People under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
5. Accounts and workspaces
Members are responsible for their own account credentials and may not lend or transfer them.
A Member who learns that an account has been taken over must notify the Company immediately and follow its instructions. The Company is not liable for loss caused by a failure to notify.
The Member who creates a workspace becomes its administrator and may invite others and set their permissions. An administrator shares responsibility for the use made by the members they invite.
A workspace created through guest use, and the files in it, may be deleted without notice 24 hours after creation.
6. What the Service does
The Company provides the following.
- Conversion between formats for documents, images, audio, video, e-books, archives, CAD, fonts and data
- Storage of converted and uploaded files in a workspace, and sharing within it
- Use through the Windows application
- Other functions the Company decides to offer
The Company does not guarantee that a converted file will be identical to the original. Formats differ in what they can express, so fonts, layout, colour and metadata may change. Please check the result before relying on it for anything important.
The Company may change what the Service offers, and announces such changes in advance.
7. Fees and payment
The Service has a free tier and paid plans. The price and scope of each plan are shown on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically on the same terms unless cancelled.
Payments are handled by payment processors. The Company does not store card or bank account numbers.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
The Company may change prices or plan contents. A period already paid for keeps the terms in force when it was purchased.
8. Obligations of Users
Users must not do any of the following.
- Upload or convert files that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights
- Upload or convert files whose content is prohibited by law
- Upload or distribute files containing malware
- Upload files containing another person's personal data without proper authority
- Place excessive load on the Service by automated means
- Seek out and exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to reach another User's data
- Create multiple accounts to obtain the free tier repeatedly
- Resell or re-provide the Service commercially without the Company's prior consent
Users are responsible for the lawfulness of the files they upload.
9. Rights in Content
Users keep the rights in the files they upload and in the results of conversion. The Company does not acquire those rights.
The Company processes files only as far as is necessary to carry out the requested conversion and storage. It does not read their contents beyond that, does not use them for any other purpose, and does not use them to train artificial intelligence.
The Company may inspect a file to the minimum extent necessary where required by law, or where the file has been reported as a threat to the safety of the Service.
When a User terminates the agreement, the files in that account are deleted under Article 11.
10. Suspension of the Service
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases.
- Work to repair or replace equipment
- Suspension of service by a telecommunications provider
- Force majeure or comparable circumstances
- A fault or a surge in demand that makes normal provision impracticable
Foreseeable suspensions are announced at least 24 hours in advance. Where advance notice was not possible, the Company gives notice as soon as it knows.
11. Termination and deletion of data
Members may terminate at any time from within the Service.
On termination, the account and the files in workspaces owned solely by it are irrecoverably deleted after 30 days. Within those 30 days the account can be restored by signing in again.
Files placed in the trash are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Transaction records that must be kept by law are retained separately for the period that law prescribes.
Where a User breaches Article 8, the Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement after giving notice. In urgent cases it may act first and give notice afterwards.
12. Limits of liability
The Company is not liable where the Service could not be provided because of force majeure, suspension by a telecommunications provider, or comparable causes beyond its control.
The Company is not liable for loss caused by the User's own fault.
The Company does not warrant that a conversion result will be fit for any particular purpose of the User.
Where the Company is liable in damages, its liability does not exceed the fees the User paid in the preceding three months. This limit does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Please keep your own copy of files stored on the Service. The Company works to prevent loss, but the Service should not be your only copy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The Company and the User will first seek to resolve any dispute in good faith.
If it cannot be resolved, proceedings shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
